Great service, I went to buy a couple shirts for my boyfriend at cours mont royal shopping center, customer service was amazing and the man really took time with me to show me all my options.Quality and pricing is great ??Will definitely will go back for suits(slim fit or classic fit) as the promotion is 2 suits for 350$Cheers

Extremely bad service. When I came back to pick my jacket, they asked me to go to find their other store because they said they don't have enough employees to get my jacket where I paid for it. Well, I went to the second store and just didn't care about you (already got your money I guess) . They gave me my jacket and bag separately...they didn't even ask if everything was correct as I asked for. I have paid to shorten the sleeves but they didn't! They just took my money. Get your jacket and pants elsewhere, other stores have a better quality and better standard in terms of customer services

We bought a coat with my partner this afternoon, the saleswoman guaranteed us that the coat was “100% wool” several times. My partner having asked at least 3 times the composition of the coat and the guarantee against the cold.Realizing that in reality it is only 40% wool and 60% polyester (on a hidden label inside the interior pocket) and that the product is neither exchangeable nor refundable is heresy for me.5th avenue: to be avoided and dishonest.
