Quality and service are available outstanding! I live in Laval and buy my meat in this mile end butcher shop. The owner and his staff are not only knowledgeable, but so pleasant. I don't choose my meat. I just let them know what I want to prepare and let these pros choose for me.

Very nice place, lots of choices but pricey for my personal budget. As soon as you go in, you feel welcome. There is a strong Italian family bond between the workers :) Cute. I recommend this place.

The 2 owners are uber friendly and knowledgeable. The meat quality is excellent and they also offer great other specialty food such a lasagna. Ask about their mortadelle/thin/mascarpone sandwich…it is not featured but is amazing!

I have been a customer of Chez Vito since the beginning and went to get served by Vito at Praha before he opened his own shop more than 59 years ago. You just can't beat the quality. If it is not the best, they won't have it.I still go to Chez Vito even though I moved to Toronto in 1982. Was there yesterday.

The best service, local meats, and they don't sell things that they don't like themselves! You can often find Italian items here that aren't readily available in Montreal, plus baguettes from Guillaume. One-stop shopping!

A rare find in the mile end area. I wanted some hanger steaks that are not easy to find. They had them nice and cleaned for you already. They even let you chose the one you want. Very courteous butchers that are there to help. They also have many deli products. Worth a visit
