I stopped in on my first visit to Montreal and loved the bulk selection of natural goods. I wish it was more of a normal thing where I'm from. I bought hand soap and dish soap tablets that you dissolve yourself to make your potion. Very cool that I could get it piecemeal.

Great natural foods store opened for over 20 years in the heart of Mile-End Montreal. Get some of these local gluten-free plant-based cookies sweetened with organic maple syrup! So good. Also the banana bread.

I stopped in when I happened to walk past while visiting MTL for the first time, and was feeling very unwell due to travel fatigue etc; the staff listened to what I was experiencing and helped me find just the right supplements for my needs and budget. Without their kind attention I would have been alot worse off for the remainder of my trip
