Pretty decent stock of vitamins and fresh and long life products. There’s a cold deli with salads and soups and wraps etc

I stopped in on my first visit to Montreal and loved the bulk selection of natural goods. I wish it was more of a normal thing where I'm from. I bought hand soap and dish soap tablets that you dissolve yourself to make your potion. Very cool that I could get it piecemeal.
