Don’t buy anything from this place. Anything you buy 200$ to 10k$ will always break down and be lost. Everything these people do here is judge others meanwhile they can’t make jewelry nor have a standard.

AVOID THIS SHOP！！！！I know at least 2 person who got watches broken here when changing batterie. One is a girl whose watch is a graduation gift from her parents(her watch got broken in the shop). Another is an aged guy whose watch is a luxury watch（his watch seems like before in the shop, then after 2 days he found the time is not right anymore then stopped forever). Normally changing a watch batterie takes less than 5 minutes but this shop takes more than 20 minutes so that they can break it and charge you money by fixing it. I'm sure they break it ON PURPOSE！！！I will sue you if you continue delete nagative comments from customers harmed by you guys！！！

Alright, everyone, here's a real review from someone with over 100k views.The stock they have is superb, open view windows to see the product, and it costs absolutely nothing to have a closer inspection of it. They even offered to place it around my neck for me! They made sure to take down my phone number, if there's any questions or concerns about the jewelery. This is quality service you're getting.They have everything from silver, gold, and diamonds for your loved ones or even yourself. Don't be afraid to ask what they recommend! The products they sell are fantastic.The store is super clean, with no fingerprints left on the windows and a great little spot from all the noise in the mall.Overall, I rate this Bijouterie 5 stars. Speak to any of the gentlemen, and I promise you, you'll leave the store like a million dollars without spending a million dollars.

According to the person responsible of answering reviews, everybody’s claim is a false claim and their staff is blameless even though all reviews about bad customer service have at least 7 likes.And if the review seems realistic they just don’t answer it.Please read all reviews before entering this store and judge by yourself.I’m using an alias for this review which is my right ? and this space is for us to warn potential clients about the quality of the store.You can choose to believe me or not but I’ve been refused to see a product I was 100% ready to pay for. Their staff refused and responded impolitely. It’s my customer’s right to be treated as anyone else who steps in this store.I understand that the product I was acquiring about is very pricey but you could lock the doors and show me, you could leave it in your hands, but refusing all forms of inspection of an item to a client and/or refusing to give precise ajd concise information about it is illegal according to l'Office de la protection du consommateur ?.

Rude staff. The guy who works at the store was very rude. I was just enquiring about the price and he asked me are you planning to buy it now? I said no but I am planning to and he said I will tell you when you plan to buy. Frustrated people!

The best customer service, I travel 2h from my house to go specifically to this store. I gained a lot of knowledge about watches from the superb staff. They display the best selection of entry level enthusiast watches, from Seiko to Longines and Oris.

Terrible!calculate your bill before paying. They charged me 35$ extra the price that they told me about, and when I told them about it, they said the 35$ will be refunded to my credit card. But it never happened. This was a year ago.Today I passed by, I was welcomed in a very bad way.Terrible service.

I've been to this store a few times and got excellent service from Leon. He is very friendly and quite knowledgable. It's become one of my top go-to places for watches and jewelry. I recommend them strongly.

these ladies here are lovely. i was traveling and my silicone watch strap had cracked on me, and the owner Frankensteined a new band/clasp for me on the spot. she said that it is more of a jewelry store than watch store, but they have a very respectable watch selection.i cannot say enough about this place and its people.

I got excellent service on my watches. I'm unsure about the low rating reviews, maybe there's someone I didn't deal with. Lion is who I dealt with and he was incredible.I would recommend it.

I could give this -0 because that old lady with blond hair has the worst customer service. Lady, if you read this, if you don’t like your job just quit! or if you are the boss good luck because your attitude will make your business bankrupt.
