Excellent jewelry store. They have a very large selection of watches from renowned brands as well as his and hers jewelry of all kinds. Great service, the people here have a good ear to your needs.

The store is decently loaded, although with no particular order, and the associates working there just missing the selling opportunities by not engaging with the customers as much. I stopped with my wife to check the rings, she wasn’t sure about the ring ? size, so we asked girls for a ring sizer with hoops, and although we told the girls that we’re in shopping for a ring, they’re too occupied with their Instagram comments, that they almost ignored us, gave a ring sizer to my wife and didn’t even showed us any of their assorted jewelry, continuing to show more interest in Instagram stories, than the clients in front of them. We were really disappointed with the service and just left the store. The watch collection is kinda poor, mostly some average fashion brands, no true time pieces. Disappointed

If I could give it a 0 I would . Been going there for years and everyone has always been so nice and today someone from the back came to see me as I had asked for something to be done and it wasn't and instead of apologizing and offering me a solution and verifying facts he was defensive and talked down on me .I told him I was never coming back to Wich he replied I've been here 5 years and I've never seen you whilst I was wearing gold eating loops bought there 6 months ago as well as a gold nose ring ...He claims to be the manager and owner's son , Wich he assured me when I asked to speak to a superior. He then proceeded to give me a bad number and name for me to waist my time trying to complain.I was supposed to pay 66$ for my repair I was charged 25 . So clearly something was not done but he did not even take time to help me and sort it out . I was so upset .this is not how a customer should feel EVER . Unacceptable attitude. No soft skills . Please don't let that guy interact with customers. The store was empty the day before ChristmasIt goes to show you. It used to be full under different management .Miss Michele so muchFollow up to this review : the same arrogant person who did not bother helping me correctly came on Google review to continue insulting me and not taking ownership ofahis mistake . Yes the human error exists Wich I agreed however his stubbornness to look into the paperwork and just tell me I was wrong and he is right is wrong . At the end I was right as the repair was 25$ and not 66 like in my coupon Wich meant my welding was discussed with employee but not added in the coupon. Therefore he aggravated me in the store and now online instead of admitting to his lack of customer as service and bullying me with his passive aggressive demeneaour online.The lady that helped me was amazing I have to say but he should not be allowed to speak to customers we are customers not your kids or students .my attitude towards you was way different then with the lady and the reason being is your arrogance and lack of soft skills . And you did not refuse to take back my chain you just said you were not going to do it tonight cuz I was giving you attitude ? you need to grow up. Like punishing customers that pay you . You're delusional . Anyways lots of places to go to drop my money ? and have a pleasant time like I was having before dealing with your unprofessionalism . That's what happens to businesses that are ran by babies . Ego over professional standards

Je me suis rendu le 14 Août dernier, à cette bijouterie pour récupérer une montre gousset qui leur avait été confiée en 2014. Ayant égaré le coupon de réception, ce n’est qu’en 2019 que je suis retombé dessus. On m’a alors dit qu’il faudrait la rechercher dans une partie de la bijouterie où l’on conserve les bijoux non récupérés après un cetain temps. Depuis, j’ai fait les appels téléphoniques suivants: 13 sept.,17 sept., 20 sept.,27 sept., 22 et 30 octobre. Nous sommes le 3 Décembre: tjrs rien.

Par où commencer...eh bien je suis aller changer la pile ...cest faite ...à 1$...cest incroyable...le hic cest que laiguille des secondes ( la trotteuse) cétait détachée le jour même...coïncidences vous dites...En tout cas , cest ce quon ma dit...pas de responsabilité car ils ne touchent pas lintérieur pour un changement de pile. Le problème est que javais réparé ma montre avec eux une anée auparavant...le système interne de la montre a été changé et évidemment cest une opération plus

a ma derniere visite, j ai ete decue du service - j ai fait changer ma batterie de ma montre et quelques jours apres, elle ne fonctionnait plus, pourtant, j ai souvent fait changer ma batterie a cet endroit, en plus, lors de ma derniere visite j avais acheté des boucles d oreille ! il serait bon de dire a vos employes de verifier leur travail ...une chance ...que c est arrive seulement une fois ...ce n est pas le prix de la batterie, c est le temps et le deplacement a y mettrent...ca ecoeure ..
