Really bad service! I live 1 hour away so I called to question a specific product... The guy started answering my questions then rudely said to « come to the store otherwise don’t call » and hang up ( we were on the phone exactly 1 min only) . Worst customer service ever. I will never call them or go to there store. Will pass around the message to all my friends not to go there…

There is something fishy about the people and the gold they sell. Why is all the jewelry suddenly breaking within a few months of use.On top of this, the service wow how horrible is this! I highly recommend visiting the alternatives such as Mukesh or KPS jewelers.

We purchased lots of gold jewelry items over the years from their shop. We went today, and their behavior was very disappointing. They were not very welcoming. We asked to show us some necklace but they weren't happy showing us (showing angry face) and telling us not to touch the gold. I asked to lower the price a bit and the owner said "if you want lower price, get out from the shop and buy from other shops". I came out from the shop with disappointment and it was very embarrassing situation. Their prices are higher than other places. Not recommending at all. ?

DO NOT GO IF YOU HAVE ANY SELF RESPECT! UTTERLY RUDE OWNER! Cannot stress this enough.I went to get some jewelry for a gift. The owner handed me 2 small boxes of jewelry collection for what I requested, for me to choose from. I was looking at them, trying to decide which to get, because I wanted it to be a perfect gift. I asked the prices for a few of them.Approximately 3 minutes later, while I’m checking, he closes the two boxes and says that I’m taking too much time to decide, and for me to leave and come back on another day, and completely ignored me from that point on. At the same time some other customers were entering the place and he shouted at them to go outside as it is too crowded.This is not how I’ve been treated in other jewelry stores (or any other store) where I have always been told to take my time to select the piece that I like. Some places even offer a soft drink (pre-covid) to feel relaxed. I don’t expect that, but even the basic level of human courtesy cannot be found here.Summary - If you know exactly what you’re getting or can decide within less than 3 minutes, are willing to pay for poor quality jewelry and still get insulted in the process, then this is the place to go to.

Today I went to pick up a gift for Mothers day. It was busy but they made sure I was served properly and helped me out with the selection. I have to say that I had a really good experience even with the amount of people, I was giving time to select and make my decision. I would 100% go back for further purchases.
