Walter- the team leader in the TV section! HORRIBLE SERVICE! Very curt with his customers. I ask for help, he responds stupidly... I'm trying to negotiate a deal for a TV because I'm a student moving and I can't afford the huge prices. He didn't want to know anything and he said: I don't do discounts for no reason!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM HIM, never approach the store.

Excellente expérience avec l'équipe Geek Squad. Je viens de m'acquisionner un laptop. Ils ont pris en charge la configuration et ont traité vite ma confusion sur l'abonnement pour le service technique. Merci à Karim, Ali, Eya, Annie et à l'équipe du service à la clientèle. Je ne retiens pas tous les noms, mais ils ont pris soin de mes demandes.

Mobility counter more than NIL. The agent who served us called Abdessamad did not even look at us while carrying out the transaction, no word of welcome or welcome, instead of explaining the package and the options that come with it he chose to talk throughout our presence with his colleague regarding a shift exchange! He wasn't even concentrating on what he was doing so we had to ask questions ourselves about the package and instead of trying to correct the situation he answered briefly and continued his conversation with his colleague. Last time at best buy even if it offers the best price, I prefer a more expensive place where the employees respect me

The after purchase service is worse I would really say that you should not go into the store when u are buying something they will say something else and afterwards they are something else I have gone to store regarding my watch repair the lady at the door behave really rudely and didn’t listen to our point properly and said that I could not go back in time and change our policies.

Honestly, I wasn't expecting much because I've never had good customer service at any Best Buy. The employees always seem so lacklustre. I understand customer service sucks and the wages probably do to, but folks, you're still dealing with human beings!
Anyway, shopping for a TV, we "interrupted" a conversation between 3 employees who were hanging out. They helped us find what we were looking for, but seemed in such a rush to get rid of us and get back to their convo, that they neglected to tell me I needed a cable with one of the parts I got.
Now I have to wait for an Amazon delivery to use what I just purchased.
Not impressed. At least we were in and out pretty fast and they had what we were looking for.

It’s been about two weeks since I purchased a washer and dryer. I received excellent service from the salesperson and had absolutely no complaints. However, my nightmare began shortly after. I was supposed to receive my delivery a few days later, but when the delivery team arrived, they refused to deliver, saying I needed to remove the door. Eventually, I went to the store with a video proving that I was able to get the dryer out on my own. Since the salesperson was nice, I agreed to reschedule the delivery.
The second time, they didn’t show up, and I was rescheduled for a third delivery, with the promise that it would finally be done. But once again, the delivery was canceled for the third time. At that point, I decided to get a refund after losing two weeks, time, and dealing with all the inconvenience.
During the refund process, the staff was completely unprofessional, sending me from one employee to another, who worked slowly. When it was finally time for my refund, they told me I would have to wait 30 minutes to get my money back. I’ve never heard of such a thing. Since when do you have to wait 30 minutes to get a refund?
A manager was called, who explained that there was nothing he could do and that I had to wait 30 minutes for their system. Then he started saying I was frustrated. Do you think anyone would not be frustrated after all these issues? No one even apologized for the wasted time and poor service. On top of that, I was insulted by the manager, Meir, who called me “frustrated.” This was my first and last experience with them. I gave them not one, but three chances to deliver, and they failed every time.
The worst part of this whole situation was the manager Meir reaction, who had the nerve to insult me by calling me "frustrated" after such terrible service.

I’m taking a moment to share the experience I had with a competitor, on the same day after finally getting my refund, with difficulty, due to their system. I had to wait almost two hours to be refunded because the system didn’t allow the refund, even though I never received my purchases.
A few minutes later, I went to another store,
Corbeil Électroménagers , where I bought the same machines at a better price. I was delivered the day after my purchase without any issues, by an efficient and dynamic team.
I highly recommend buying your appliances somewhere other than Best Buy.

I arrived around 6:05 p.m. there was only one agent in the cell area. Asking if there is another agent with him. Who answered me the same agent are in pose. It will pass the 15 minutes and reach 25 minutes.
