Many mobile phone operators have dealerships here, and if you choose here to buy phones included in your bill from the mobile operators you are affiliated with, make your decision by thinking 100 times. All plans created for the phone are just a scam, be sure that there will be a huge amount of difference between the next invoice and the invoice created at the time you purchased the phone. Do not buy a phone from here using the name of the operator you are or have been connected to, otherwise you will realize after a month that you have been defrauded. An appointment was made for a meeting with his management on May 24th. If I do not get a positive result, I will never give up on this matter and I will fight for my rights in court until the end. I repeat, I am writing this message for humanity, that is, I am writing on behalf of humanity, please do not fall into the trap of these fraudsters.I wiped the faces of my working friends and they are actually guilty of this plan because they are also a part of this fraud element in order to get bonuses. It's a shame, they are defrauding innocent people who come to earn $50 more per month, this is a blatant fraud fraud company. I escaped from the war and took shelter in Canada. I am going through very difficult times. When they offered me an attractive payment option and told me that I could buy a phone, I programmed my own budget accordingly and unfortunately, I realized a month later that I had been defrauded.

I don't know why i cannot give more, is it the stadf that always look lazy, the product that is not impressive of the lack of knowledge of the staff. I hope they understand Ive been generous with the rating. there is much to fix in tbis place.

The queue was endless, I waited more than 30 minutes! On the other hand, I give two stars because the employees were friendly and wanted to give the best possible service to their customers. If you already know what you want and your intervention is short-lived, I do not recommend this place. For advice and longer support, I recommend it.

I went to the Best Buy mobile store in Eaton center Montréal because I had gotten an email that a pick up was ready . Upon my arrival I see that they had closed the store at least 20 minutes before closing time. The staff saw me waiting but ignored me . I waisted a trip there.

Very bad customer service,The girl name Steffana dont know how to behave. No talking sense.She just dont want to work so she was getting angry and cant even answer the basic question.Very disappointed. Wasted my 4 hours.

I went to Best Buy Ethon center 2 days a go as an emergency, because I recently got a new phone and I needed a protection case before my vacation trip. In the moment of purchase I saw the box looked open but the store seller guaranteed me it wasn't. But the box was all damaged and she showed me the bottom "seal" of the box and with the most calm face she promised me it wasn't open that this was a proof of its been new. I still told her I wanted to take a picture anyway because I found that odd and the box was so damaged; and I am glad I did it, to take a picture.I nearly lost my flight to get this product to protect my brand new phone!! And sadly when I was at the airport I easily realized thats it's an OPEN USED BOX. ITS DAMAGE AND CLEARLY SCRATCHED ALL OVER AND THE PHONE CASE HAD BEACH SAND INSIDE OF IT! It's so bad that it was good, it made us laugh. I fell a ? when I read the box "seal" as the store attendant mentioned to me, it's written: open from the top ??♀️ (face palm to its finest).The case it's clearly used plus it's lock function are loose and my phone wasn't fully protected inside of it.I want my money back! I'm coming back from vacation and this is NOT acceptable.Or you guys make a clearly "open used case" sell price tag or throw it away since it's not working anymore.
