BELMONT SECURITE is LITERALLY one of the WORST companies I've ever purchased online from!!!! Firstly they didn't send all items in my order and still charged me the full order amount almost $500 and only when I complained even having to call in did SIMON from customer service finally issue a refund for the missing items. Also Belmont Securite sent me a few wrong items totally different gloves from ones selected in my online order. I returned those wrong gloves with a few more items just because I didn't like how they had handled my order from the start by not notifying me that those missing items were no longer in stock and the purchase amount would be refunded asap. (WHICH IS HOW IT SHOULD BE) Instead I was told I would have to call in and speak with someone to receive the refund for the missing items which should never be my responsibility to convince a company that they didn't send all the items in my order. Thankfully they admitted that they didn't have stock and that is why they were never shipped. They refunded that amount for the missing items about a week after calling in. Then I did my return of certain items including a few sets of gloves that were never selected in my order but somehow were shipped to me which I still don't understand how that even happens?? To top off this TRULY AMAZING experience it took Belmont Securite about 2 months to finally issue my refund for the returned items. After several emails asking for a status update on my return to being told by SIMON that he didn't forget about me and my refund was on his desk to be processed that day which didn't end up getting processed until almost a MONTH LATER???? and now made the refund nearly 2 months in processing which then resulted in an almost $40 interest charge by my bank because the refund took well over the month allowed on the credit card and when i informed Belmont Securte that I was charged because of their slowww processing of my return they STOPPED responding to me and HAVEN'T RESPONDED SINCE!!!!! Clearly this is UNACCEPTABLE and is WHY I am leaving this full review to WARN potential VICTIMS of the REAL BELMONT SECURITE and that they really DO NOT CARE ABOUT US!!!!! Much better companies and prices out there!!!!! PLEASE BE CAREFUL ITS JUST NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE FRIENDS

I think the customer service is not sufficient, I arrived at 5:27 p.m. after a long day of work the door was open and unfortunately they did not want to serve me. Too bad and I will notify my employer of the situation

Wednesday morning at 9:50 I was at your truck in the parking lot at the work, a man of a certain age was placing boxes in the back of the truck. he tells me I don't have time, you will come back next Wednesday. Not a very strong comment if you want to sell boots. I ask him what time you are going to come by on Wednesday, he tells me I don't know. After informing my bosses. Next Wednesday you will spend evening and not day.Last year I went to your store. I asked the woman I'm going to take these boots, not them, after receiving the same answer 5 times (no not them), I told her is it possible to tell me which one I can take. Can you train your employees, there is a lot of lack of know-how!!!!!!! Collins are much more professional. The next time I see your truck again, if I don't have service, I'll notify my bosses. you can be sure

Worst online service I've seen in a long time. They sell you items that they don't even have in stock only to cancel your order after 5 days. Reimbursement, on the other hand, is done quickly.

Terrible customer service and lousy online order tracking…I placed my order twice and they canceled it for a strange, unconvincing reason: < your order will be canceled and refunded due to ambiguous information detected by our computer system.> despite the fact that I order on many platforms in line and everything is going well.Recently, I reordered my order and they mentioned that I will receive it within 3 to 7 business days, since February 14 to date and no news, I call customer service and no one answers on the phone, I leave a voice message but no response, and they don't even respond to the email, always the same automatic response.I ordered this pair of shoes online, because there is a limited inventory at the Beaubien boutique to force customers who have authorization from their employers to take what remains in stock.

Difficult to reach, poor company service. 3 weeks to deliver a pair of boots in stock and finally we receive the order from another company......

Great service. Brought back a pair of shoes that I bought back in September. I wore them 3 or 4 times. One of the shoes was making my foot hurt near the top of the toe. It must of been a defect with the steel toe cap. They changed them without hassle.
