Selling or buying a property is complex and time consuming. Navigating rules and regulations, related documentation, evaluating the market, and adjusting your criteria as you learn the current realities can all become a full time job very quickly.
Having worked with other real estate professionals in the past and not being satisfied, our experience partnering with Behrooz was extremely professional and rewarding. Behrooz came highly recommended in my home buying search process and made the entire experience a breeze! As a first time home buyer and being a newish resident in Quebec with limited knowledge of the local market, points of contact and other ins and out of the closing process the whole thing was overwhelming to say the least.
However, Behrooz was extremely considerate of the fact and took his time to understand my specific needs, proceeded to show me listings accordingly and accompany me for each visit. He is a straight shooter and at no point I felt I was being pressured to buy anything that wasn’t to my liking. You can tell he takes his job seriously as he was very proactive in guiding me through each step. I felt comfortable giving the reigns to him to put me in touch with a good mortgage broker, a property inspector as well as finding a notary. I hit some roadblocks(out of my control) due to some of my funds being transferred internationally but he helped negotiate with the bank and the seller to push the date of sale, without me having to worry about anything.
He was always available through text, email and phone to whatever questions and doubts I had. I got a great deal on my home and couldn’t be more happier. A sincere thank you to Behrooz for making the entire experience so smooth.

Ive recently had the pleasure to work with Behrooz for the first time on one of his listings. I was representing the buyer and it was a complicated file coming from the buyer’s side. Behrooz showed stellar collaboration, patience and professionalism throughout. As a realtor the importance of working with someone like Behrooz is very important as this transaction could have easily failed if I was transacting with someone else, however we both worked hard to make it happen and we concluded the transaction with all parties very happy.
