No service. We entered the store. Two employees were behind the counter and neither of them offered to help us. A few minutes later another person came in and was also not helped.

This store is a scam. I got a "new" vanity but they give me a second hand vanity. I'm seeking for help to almost any store in Montreal and they really don't care about my situation. One of the drawers come without a piece of melamine, one of the holes comes already damaged and I have to improvise with a drywall screw, the box comes with incomplete screws. The customer service is extremely bad. As a company I'm not just filing this with customer protection. I'm telling my clients to never go to this store.

As much as I am the first to name loud and clear when a service provided is exceptional, today it is quite the opposite!! Do yourself a favor and NEVER go to Bain Dépôt on l’Acadie in Montreal. Extremely disappointed! The quality of the products really leaves something to be desired! The melamine of the vanity unit crumbles simply by screwing in the screws to assemble the unit. ? In addition, one of the screws was not even “punched”, impossible to use it because it was impossible to get a screwdriver in! Disastrous after-sales service! The manager has no screws or hardware on site to exchange the defective screw nor any vanity in stock to “pick” from the hardware store to help out a customer while he takes the time to recommend. The only solution offered is to recommend a new vanity (even though we spent 1 hour assembling half the furniture!) or to go to Réno-Dépôt OURSELVES to find an equivalent screw! Réno-Dépôt does not “punch” screws and as the Bain Dépôt screw was metric, it was very difficult to find an equivalent screw. Really, lousy service!!!

The company I work for bought toilets with covers and 5 months later the covers started to blow and crack, already 4 covers cracked even in the vacant units and no one lived there. I contacted the store, but never got any response, customer service is also silent, and the e-mail was sent. So now, we have to run after this company to replace the bad quality products they sold us.

Honestly, I even give Lamia Bensalah more than 5 stars. Impeccable customer service. Attention, devotion, punctuality and so on. She remembered all our requests and was able to advise us properly. Even its after-sales service was above and beyond. Lamia thank you very much.
