I have 3 dogs (Yorkie 3.5 pounds, morkie 7 pounds and a poodle 25 pounds) I recently switched to the raw frozen food made by Bailey Blu and I absolutely had to write a review! After suffering with delicate stomach issues with 2/3 of my dogs, they are absolutely amazing now and it cost me less! They are all so happy on this diet so I truly wanted to thank the owner!! Also, they have the best jackets and sweaters as you could see from my photos ? thank you so much for being such an amazing pet store owner always there to help with any questions or issues I have with my dogs… your awesome and I am so glad our paths have crossed ❤️

It's always nice to go there, staff is really friendly and attentive. I love their raw food products I hope they will provide this variety for so many years to come <3 They treat my pets nicely and I usually find all that I need there (winter leggings, gear, etc for my dog and the meats/treats for spoiling my ferrets <3)

Was very patient with me and questions. Very pleasant store + owner/staff. Natalie helped me out with my boy who got some fleas. Thank you immensely for that and other tips regarding his seperation anxiety.

I really cannot express how integral Bailey Blu has been in keeping my four-legged family members in their best health over the years.In my experience, the veterinarians I went to recommended the foods they sell, and would / could not guide me as to how to feed or supplement my pets’ diets, beyond deferring to the products/brands they were selling.My first exchanges with Bailey Blu were for a tiny cat I had found and rescued, who over time had simply stopped eating the veterinary kibble I was advised to give her. She had a clean bill of health otherwise, but was totally off of her food.We took a chance and called Bailey Blu, and they were beyond helpful. What we got was nothing short of an education, and the woman who spoke with us gave us all the time in the world. We’ll never forget it. We went to their store following that, picked up a smattering of food (wet and dry) to try – which they offered to take back if it wasn’t to her taste.Well, the kitty loved it – and with the help of the new food and some supplementation, her fur and demeanor ameliorated as well. She was more playful and looked forward to eating, it was really monumental. Until the day she passed in 2020, she loved her food.Fast forward to 2022, and to an adoption of a rescue dog who doesn’t particularly enjoy eating and is finicky. Bailey Blu has saved the day again – and with their help, a lot of patience and great efforts, on our last visit to the veterinarian I was told his health / weight is perfect.There is so little hand-holding to be found in this area of pet care, so it is a great comfort to know there is somewhere to call for nutrition advice for pets where you will find a non-judgemental listening ear who can offer advice based on experience. They genuinely love animals, and they want every single one to thrive.They have also helped me keep my dog busy, dressed, groomed and entertained!Thank you for your wonderful service ...

We started the day looking for dog jackets at another pet shop on Sherbrooke where they wouldn’t let us try the jackets on our dog and the staff didn’t seem much interested in helping. We headed down the street to Bailey Blu and it was an entirely different experience: we were able to try the jackets on our pup and given helpful advice, and our dog got lots of love to boot. Really great experience and definitely out go-to pet shop from now on.
