Regrettable experience. It's the first time I buy here. I bought some leggings and when I tried them on I noticed that they had come undone in the front. When I get to make the change the first thing the rude lady says and assumes is that it was my fault for tearing off the label?? Sorry, you know that the label goes behind, right? For a change, very angry, she never smiled and the change was done in a bad way. It's not my fault that your company sells products with bad materials. A piece of advice for CEOs, when your product is not so good, invest in Customer excellence otherwise you will only have a few operational years left. And to the rude lady, girl you just have to do a job try to do it better.

I went there to find a coat and a simple gray one. I found them, they sell pretty elegant coats for fall in Montreal and the cotton sweet ones are well cut and pretty. The down jackets are also very warm and waterproof with a nice look. It’s expensive, of course, but there are some nice options. The welcome is good, we put your outfits on in the cabin, and they bring you extra sizes. Thank you and see you soon

Terrible customer service, every single time I’ve been going for years and it’s consistently unfriendly slow and bad, go to the smaller store they are way nicer there :)

When you buy something those sale girls chirping around you happily but when you need to do a return, an exchange or trying to sort out a concierge issue they sulk and look upon you and even preach you! I had an issue and concierge solved it and sent me to the store. Sale girls did everything in their power to make me feel unwelcome! Hope Aritzia improve its training. And why all those sale girls are white, skinny and so similar to one another?! Super annoying!

Felix was amazing amazing amazing. I’m not from Montreal but he was so helpful and right when we walked in the door, he started looking in the huge sales section for this one particular top I was looking for. He stayed with me the whole time kept asking if I needed more help and help me get more sizes in the fitting room. He was very helpful. Great customer service makes me want to come back.

2024 and they still don’t have mirrors inside the fitting room. My curtain was opened while changing inside today by people! Disgusting! They allow an entire Indian family sit at the center couch while only one person from that group is actually trying on clothes. Irrelevant individuals taking too much space in that very small cramped mirror area and gawking at other customers like it’s a free show. Baby stroller with a screaming baby in this area too. What a circus! Cash girl also has a negative vibe going on. They push you to buy their clothes and when you pay the cash girl was all weird has a jealous look on her face. I will never shop at this location ever again.

I went to return an item of clothing purchased on the Aritza site and "on sale" for only $10... but they refused to reimburse me under the pretext that it was on sale and they imposed a $113 gift card on me.
I spoke to the manager (a young man) who I found really rude and condescending... while I pleaded my case, the latter seemed to really not care and even encouraged me to file a complaint with consumer protection when I mentioned it to him.
What I did anyway; I filed a complaint with PC who took it into account...
The problem: their return policy for sale items which is "hidden" in the general information and not mentioned at all when finalizing the purchase... so you have to search BEFORE you buy... you can't not trust them... It's OVER as far as I'm concerned; lousy service...
