Good address. Especially since the renovations. Not the most imposing store in terms of space, but an astonishing choice (especially when it comes to books). Large youth/children section. I was able to find 3 of the 4 items I was looking for thanks to a truly dedicated and attentive clerk. Of course, being a big music lover, I would have liked a wider choice (particularly with regard to vinyls), but what we offer the customer remains acceptable all the same. Recommended.

They put up signs at the old Berri UQAM store telling you to come here but there aren't any instruments here. Hugely disappointing.

Staff of French origin who have probably arrived recently and who, on the telephone, try to hide the fact that they do not understand OUR French by putting the blame on the customer, instead of simply asking that we repeat. It's not enough to hire French people, we should "brief" them on our cultural differences when it comes to customer service.
THEIR BEHAVIOR MAY BE DEEMED UNACCEPTABLE, IF NOT ABJECTED!
Monsieur had no desire to serve me...

I hesitated between 3 and 43 because everything you wanted was not available on site so you had to order payable in advance and return with delays of more than a week and not guaranteed = bindingAnd 4 because I was able to find other things and the team was attentive and pleasant
