I bought an electronic module which was defective for $160 and they credited me $90.... Well done.... I have had an electronic service workshop since 1973 and the part was defective, not tested but never the fault an Alfa from what I see..........

Dishonest practices. I wanted to have my TV repaired, so I had the repair costs estimated for $35. While searching on the internet, I found what I thought was the problem (video card to replace, available for around $50 on eBay and simple instructions to do the repair yourself on Youtube). When they called me to give me the estimate for the repair ($160), I asked what the problem was and the employees refused to confirm if it was indeed the video card or even to give me the source of the problem. I was very angry and went to get my TV and did the repair myself in minutes for a fraction of the price. I don't advise anyone to go to this store.

If they compare the price of their electronic panels that they sell on their sites compared to the price of Ebay it shows that they are very profitable. Also for me someone who always responds to those who give bad feedback that it is always their fault that looks like someone who never accepts his mistakes, so someone who means that when we have a problem with him WE HAVE A PROBLEM :)

Ton condescendant. Manque flagrant de patience. Meme quand il tentait de partager ses connaissances, il s'est enerve sur mon compagnon et moi parce que je posais ou repondais a des questions. J'etais une cliente potentielle qui a voulu renouveler mon service Roku. C'etait la premiere et derniere fois que j'y mettais les pieds. Un vrai cauchemar.

'article, being satisfied with the place...The IPTV platform that I currently have was taken elsewhere, in a combination of circumstances, otherwise I have always taken my subscriptions from them, with more or less equal qualities.
Persisting with him for 15 minutes, I found it ordinary... He made me pay for an update that I normally wouldn't have paid for... It's the principle that annoyed me ...We agree that it's for a matter of $30....Having been a less satisfied customer, I would have given 1 star without hesitation...But this little irritant definitely calls into question my loyalty to this store which is not near my home...And my references will be sent elsewhere, I will try to find someone more cooperative...
