The worst place I ever been too. My husband bought me jewelry worth 25000$ from them and we ended up finding out that the some of stuff they gave was 19k not 22k as we paid the price for 22k and he scammed us. I wanted to sue them but my husband doesn’t want to waste his time and money on this rude and mannerless man. It’s family owned business and I am gonna tell you whatever they doing behind those walls they will be caught soon. Also the price we paid for jewelry wasn’t even fair we found out later from one of our friends that this happened to many people who shop from them. Be aware people!!!! They are SCAMMERS!!!!!!

There will be no one who will come to a jewelry store without knowing the gold rate, but in your shop you are making people fooled by your higher rate. Do not place the blame on the knowledge of the buyer. I find you to be overpriced and that you lack the ability to interact with people appropriately. Due to your rude behavior, I recommend that you learn how to communicate and behave with customers. It has never happened to me in any other gold shop.

Gave them a chain which i bought from Najaff, to fix because it came a part. With my scale it was 9.48 and , It was 9.48g he wrote on the paper when he took to weld it + 20$ to fix. 3rd May 2024 i got the chain back. I came home and checked the weight and i had 9.28g and i can clearly see 2 big bead and 4 1/2 small bead are missing from the chain. His daughter gave me the chain and the owner was not at the store and it is my mistake i didn't check the weight and because i thought they won't do something like this. Not very nice, And don't deserves even a star...

Hi Najaf, it is not about 2g 5$ or 20g 500$. It's about trust and firstly you don't have to cut the chain for any reason. Any person who makes jewelry will know what i am saying. All what you have to do is just weld. Now you are making up a story that you have the piece which is missing. I don't need the missing piece or the 20$. All what I say is regardless if you're selling fish or gold doesn't matter, be honest when you do a business.
