Poor service. Madam preferred to hang up on me instead of telling me that she didn't have an answer to the question... I think it's simple? The customer is not always right and if you don't have an answer it's not the end of the world, but hanging up on a customer in 2024 is really cheap...

The majority of employees do not speak French! Plus how many times I bought products that were supposed to be fresh. But when you open the package, smells of spoiled food come out. (eg: prepared meals, Adonis salads and what about fish!). This is no longer the Adonis of old!

Unfriendly cashier, charged me for 2 bags of avocados even though I bought just 1. Also bought grated cheese on special, almost expired date that I paid full price for. Check your receipts twice at Adonis!

Yes I had lost my wallet and after two days, I called Adonis and they gave it back to me with all my cards and the money in it. Thank you for your honesty.

Fruits and vegetables often not fresh and of poor quality. Fruits and vegetables are often found with rot. Worst place in Griffintown and expensive too!

Terrible experience! Je n’y remettrai plus jamais les pieds non seulement les prix affichés ne sont pas les mêmes une fois a la caisse en plus ils vendent des produits moisis faites attention vérifier 2 fois avant d’acheter! Et sincèrement le personnel était vraiment adorable au contraire du gérant ça se voyait que ce n’était pas la première fois que ça arrive!

Today, while waiting to pay for my purchases, I was only with one other person, and suddenly one of the employees came and asked us to go to the electronic checkout, but her manner was rude and Harsh not at all polite.
Adonis you must choose your employees carefully to maintain a good customer base.

Large. Better price comparing to other super markets. Good quality. Good varieties. I would say Adonis is the best in Montreal within all other supermarkets. I only hope they dont become like others in future.
You only need to train you employees to be more friendly. Maybe pay then more to make them more happy?

They have no problem selling expired food. I will not be returning.

They close early on a week night. Even if a few minutes, especially f it's to stand around doing nothing until the clock run, it's unprofessional. That and check your sell by date, they sell expired stuff at full price.

I love this place to do groceries, they have products that you don’t find everywhere + the ready to eat counter is very good.
