Lots of selection and the prices are not too exaggerated but the service is a lottery depending on the employee who serves you. I have had terrible service and also exceptional service.

I wouldn’t recommend using this company, for any type of business transaction.
I was alerted by a credit card company, that someone from this company used my credit card for a fraudulent transaction of $459.11 on 9/5.
I called the company to request to speak with there security department, was unable to leave a message. Was than transferred back to the operator, still unable to leave a voicemail? It makes me question, the companies legitimacy?

The quality of the products sold is often mediocre, a soldering iron that doesn't even get hot enough to melt! Coax connectors often defective (3 out of 5 last time), coax cables poorly packaged and therefore already broken and which indicate a short circuit on the antenna analyzer. An employee who doesn't know his merchandise, like you ask him for a 60w bulb he brings you a 100w. In short, very disappointed…

Horrible service and prices have increased ridiculously in recent years. A place to avoid at all costs. As if that wasn't enough, the quality of the products is very questionable. Chinese pork sold at exorbitant prices. The owner should be ashamed!

Addison used to be exceptional. It has lost its spirit since. Unfortunately, when one expands, one needs to become corporate and losing that "family ran business" tag is a bummer.
Very expensive compared to other smaller electronics stores but can find most components.

Nasty beautiful cellar gang. Don't try to call them. After 9 calls I was finally able to speak to someone who hung up on me after a hello from me.. Great customer service guys good job!
