If you are thinking about getting the carwash pass, just don't. The carwash is always broken. So, you still get billed but you can't use the carwash and when the planets are aligned and you can use it, the wait time is about 4h since everybody couldn't use it for 2 weeks straight.
THEN I told my self, WOW I can use it at another couche tard near me, BOOM its broken as well.

I met Marie-Pierre several times during my late shopping and I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted with good humor at that time. Very professional, fast and polite, she deserved a raise!! I hope she gets my message!

it says it's open 24 hours a day, the lights were on and I had to wait 30 minutes outside before finally not being able to enter because the employee never came to open

Worst service in all the sector except at night. Your cashier always stupid and the employees focused on an internal problem and in a hurry to leave for their break instead of serving the customer in front of her. I'm waiting for him to stop being stubborn. When someone deigns to acknowledge my presence, barely a hello, no smile, they quickly scan my belongings and when asked "do you want anything else" just as quickly as I leave, it's boring but I needed an item behind the counter. This request was received with A GREAT SIGH. Coudonc, am I disturbing your employees who are in a hurry to rest? And the “sandwich & lunch” section is completely empty at 11:30 in the morning. I came to get a little fun dinner. I hit a knot. Not only is there not ONE sandwich but I also feel disturbed. I hope you saw me clearly, because you won't see me again.

Employees discriminate. We are teenagers and when we entered, the employees followed us very closely and limited the number of young people in the store to three. They insist that we rush to choose and talk to us in a stupid way. Very disappointed with the service.
