As soon as we arrive, Lucille welcomes us with gentleness and kindness. The places are clean, welcoming and warm.
We benefited from the blood test service by the great nurse, Ségolène. What can we say about his gentleness, his kindness and his patience. She took great care of my daughter who was very anxious following a traumatic experience in a CLSC. Ségolène immediately put her at ease with her calm and good humor. My daughter felt reassured by the energy of Ségolène and Lucille. And what about the adorable Twiggy, who even came to lie on his lap during the blood test.
Honestly, it's impossible to take our blood tests anywhere other than this clinic for the next few times. My daughter, who hated blood tests, can't wait to go back to see Ségolène, Lucille and the beautiful Twiggy.
