The employees do not speak French. I speak to them in French and they respond to me in English so they understand French but refuse to speak it.Unacceptable in Montreal for my part, I no longer go there, because there are many alternatives in the sector.The employees do not speak French or refuse to speak it, as they understand what I say but respond in English. This is unacceptable in Montreal and I will not go there again as there are many other alternatives in the area.

The worst gas station in Canada in terms of treatment with customers, especially the Tunisian, the worst worker at the station. We ask you to fire him. He doesn't deserve to have an arrogant person working for you.

I go there relatively often around 5:30-6 a.m. and never has an employee addressed me in French or made an effort to even say thank you instead of thank you. We are in Quebec here, you should hire people who speak the official language.If you take the trouble to respond to me, please send a personalized and detailed message. We hate being responded with the same copied/pasted message as the 15 other bad reviews.

Do not refuel at this station. Several pumps are out of service because they are not maintained. I filled up this morning at pump 7 and had a fuel spill because the gun is defective.It's not pleasant to have gasoline spilling on your car and on the ground.Given the price of gasoline and for safety reasons, avoid this station.The cashier appeared to be aware of the defect, but took no action.Do not fill up at this station. Several pumps are out of order because they are not maintained. I filled up this morning at pump 7, and I had a gasoline spill because the nozzle is defective.It's not pleasant to have gasoline spill on your car and on the ground.Considering the price of gasoline and for safety reasons, avoid this station.The cashier appears to be aware of the defectiveness, but she has not taken any action

Ne faites pas le plein à cette station. Plusieurs pompes sont hors service car elles ne sont pas entretenues. J'ai fait le plein ce matin à la pompe 7 et j'ai eu un déversement d'essence car le pistolet est défectueux. Ce n'est pas plaisant d'avoir de l'essence qui se déverse sur sa voiture et par terre. Vu le prix de l'essence et par souci de sécurité, évitez cette station. La caissière semble être au courant de la défectuosité, mais elle n'a pris aucune mesure. Do not fill up at this station. Pay attention to the car wash service offered at the pump. Their three-option display including gasoline type terms like "basic" and "supreme" is designed to confuse you when you're in a hurry. If you choose the wrong option by mistake, they won't refund you!

Jeune caissière refusant de respecter la loi sur l’exactitude des prix sur un produit alimentaire et ne parlant pas un seul mot de français. Même pas capable de dire si le lave auto est ouvert ou fermé aujourd’hui. J’aurais bien voulu laisser aucune étoile, mais le minimum est 1. Allez ailleurs. Pour ma part, c’était la dernière fois que j’y allais.

Worst customer service ever, I buy I wash car ticket in the car wash is not working. The customer service lady explained to me that it is not possible for a refund and I'm obligated to use it another day. That's the only option!
