I bought a 2023 frontier and they couldn't even tell me if the truck had 2 keys what is that (apparently the person who moves the cars lost it) so I told them that I want a second key they put it in the contract it's now been almost 3 months no key and nobody contacted me about it. Very shady people your typical dealership promises and never delivered once paper is signed

Today I called the service because the electric tailgate of my Jeep does not open (the trunk is full of luggage and I am in Mont Laurier: 1st call Pierre from the service tells me that he cannot do anything and that I should go to the nearest dealership ??
I called back 15 minutes later to hope to speak to someone else and luck smiled on me: Isaac answered eagerly and asked what he could do to help me ?
After having me check 2 or 3 things he told me that it must be an electronic control "actuator" part and that the tailgate does not open otherwise.
This is the kind of person we want in SERVICE...
The other should retire ?
So I will always ask for this young man Isaac (he is worth $150/hour)!

Do not take a 2018 Roadtrek Zion because they are not equipped to handle propane vehicles.
First Chrysler I've heard a story like this.
I need an oil change not a propane repair
Edit: I called Tuesday June 4, 2024 at 12:53 p.m. the call lasted 2:28, I spoke to a lady at the service but I don't have her name.
My vehicle is a 2018 Roadtrek Zion based on Promaster 3500.

As the garage for a used 2017 car I bought, they assured me that they had records for my car. Then their agent refused or avoided to share those records including by misunderstanding privacy law and pretending that such info could not be shared over email. I offered to show them I had the title and the transfer documents, and eventually had to get the former car owner involved as they declined. I then paid for an oil change to ask after the records in person, and they didn't actually have any service records except of one prior oil change and an inspection. Six months later, they send me a text telling me I had to come in for an oil change, though it's contrary to the owner's manual service interval - even for severe duty mileage - as well as contrary to the oil change sticker which the (very nice, very professional) mechanic who did my oil change, attached. I am offended at what shysters the dealer service desk folks are, they're even bad for a Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealer, which is saying a lot. Their mechanics were super nice though, they didn't reset the interval notification system properly.

If you are offered something (compensation) for a bad service experience, make sure it is written down somewhere other than in your file. Lost trust and they lost a customer who buys a vehicle every 2-3 years with my work.
