Out of all the stores, softmoc employees showed that they do not care to serve anyone. They were too busy talking to each other, not offering any help. They looked like they were hanging around at a café. I wanted to purchase a pair of shoes, but the employees pushed me away. I went to Browns instead.

While shopping at SoftMoc earlier,i observed an unsettling incident that I believe should be brought to the company's attention. I noticed a staff member a cashier who has a nose piercing, interacting differently with customers based on their apparent background. A couple, who appeared to be of Arab descent, approached her with a question about an order. Unfortunately, they were quickly dismissed without the courtesy and respect they deserved. She was very impatient and the stark contrast in her demeanor became evident when I approached her next and was greeted with a smile. Such inconsistent treatment of customers based on ethnicity is not acceptable and makes for an uncomfortable shopping experience. I hope SoftMoc addresses this issue and ensures that all customers are treated equally and with respect.
