“This company is truly AMAZING!…my husband ordered a pair of hiking boots, after he wore them a very few times he noticed the sole had separated. Having owned another pair that lasted three years of daily walking we knew this must be a rare fault.I emailed the company at 6:00am (my time)…I received a reply by 9:00am my time the same morning!…not only that but had the company call me directly…a real person!..after explaining the issue and sending pics….I received another call and by 11:30 am a new pair of boots were shipped out to us!..we received them just a few days later.This company has the best customer service that I have ever received.I recommend all my friends to buy shoes or boots from them.”
