Very disappointed with the checkout service of this saq. First time I've heard that you need a minimum of 24 bottles to have the "luxury" of having a box to transport the bottles. Has the saq become so cheap or did I just come across a cashier in a bad mood?

First time that an SAQ has refused me a return because it “does not hold the product”. Probably too upscale for St-Canut…
I will never encourage this SAQ.

Hello, to follow up on this address of the SaQ quite busy place with good services and the location is well stocked with mousse and good red wine sold in sufficient quantity as agreed and following all other requests for information on the quantities of kinds wanted in white wine as well as kinds wanted to taste strong, to the desired taste of customers thank you, Normand lafreniere.

This SAQ is out of the ordinary! First of all they have a lot of beautiful products. I go there as soon as I can, even if I no longer live in Saint Canute. Then I was able to have a superb service on December 22, 2023. Moneris was not working well and there was a very large queue. To help us endure this wait, we were treated to tastings in the queue. Much appreciated by all, it led to some great discussions in the queue between customers and started the Christmas holidays superbly.
