Don't trust the high review! They make it virtually impossible to leave a Google review. Horrible experience. After paying $800 for a Litter Robot, I started having issues rather quickly. For months I dealt with c/s troubleshooting issues. They did send replacement parts with instructions on how to repair myself. That is a disgusting and difficult process in itself, BUT then to have the issues continually return was worse. Finally they offered to repair at their facility, but I had to pay to ship it there and back. Then, thinking I finally had someone at robot-shop that was going to give actually good service, I was told that I wouldnt have to pay for shipping and they sent me a label. Now the litter robot is ready to come home - and I received a bill for shipping that I MUST pay in order to get the litter-robot back. At the end of months of frustration and troubleshooting and replacing parts myself and going without it for weeks while they repaired (hopefully, but will see if it actually fixes the issues) I have a cat that now has litter aversion. Today I am ripping up my new carpet and underpad. Save your money! The product itself isn't bad, BUT the service when you inevitably need it (you WILL need it), won't be of any help.

Great customer service. I received a DOA item and was replaced within 24 Hrs.They also have a great assortment of electronic items and fast domestic delivery. Don't have to wait weeks for items to arrive from China and no import taxes.

*Update* They contacted me, admitted the customer service person made a mistake and should have offered a flat rate shipping label, and refunded the difference between the cost of the flat rate label and the cost I paid. Steller customer service.I ordered an expensive robot with a 90 day money back guarantee. It didn't work as I needed and I was ready to return this robot using the guarantee. I was told by customer service that even though I live less than a 40 minute drive away and was willing to drive the robot back to return it, they don't accept this so I had to pay $155 to return it by mail. This is a ridiculous and costly policy for a technicality. I will not be recommending Robot Shop to friends since their return policy is so unsatisfactory and customer service wasn't willing to do anything about it.
