I really like going shopping at the Mirabel Outlets for the beautiful brand stores and good prices. I really like American Eagle, Nike, Addidas, etc.

Today I had a disappointing experience at the Pandora store while trying to exchange an item. I was told by the store associate that online purchases can only be exchanged by mail, which contradicts what the Pandora website states. When I mentioned this, the associate was incredibly rude and showed no empathy towards the situation.
As a loyal customer, I was surprised and disheartened by the lack of professionalism and customer service. It’s frustrating to encounter such inconsistency between the store and online policies, especially when it comes to something as simple as an exchange. I hope Pandora can address this issue to ensure a more consistent and customer-friendly experience in the future.

I went with some friends and we decided to go out to eat afterwards leaving my friend's car in the parking lot. We came back and the mall was closed and the gate closed. We called the number on the sign and a security came and refused to let us in by car. He said if we want to go get the second car we have to walk... I asked him why can't I go in with my car and he can follow me with his car or give me a lift which he rudely refused.
Anyone who knows this mall knows it's a 15 min walk. The security is clearly on a power trip and left us no choice but to walk.
I understand we shouldn't have left the car but does that justify being rude to us and making us walk when it takes a minute by car?
