Open on Saturday but no service. The girl at reception tells us that there is no one available but we can see very clearly that they are all together at the same time in the same room chatting and eating and during this time no one to help us, no one to let us test drive a vehicle. Really very disappointing, it seems like we’re disturbing them. They don't want to make money? Perfect, we'll go somewhere else.

Bernard made every effort to help us in the best possible way! He was kind and professional and took fantastic care in dealing with us. Same thing can be said about David! Quite disappointed with the service, for a tire change with oil change I had to wait 3 hours 15 minutes and a bill of $295. The bottom line is that when we arrive home the TPMS fault light comes on. I call to ask for a check, and they explain to me that there is probably no sensor on my winter wheels. Nobody could have told me that when selling me the wheels? There I have to drive all winter with the light on.

I bought a beautiful 2025 Mazda 3 sport AWD. I am very happy with the car and my experience with Mr. Cousineau. I took away one star for the very unpleasant experience I had with the financing clerk. On the other hand, I must say that Mr. Cousineau, the seller as well as the sales director whose name I have forgotten were able to repair the damage (which in my opinion was really unacceptable) in a very professional manner. This is why I recommend this dealership. I will go back with pleasure! Thanks also to the service director Mr. Charbonneau for his excellent service and good advice.

I have always received excellent service at this dealership. I stopped going there when I moved a few years ago for reasons of mileage and traffic. After trying 3 other garages including 1 other dealership, I can say that I am going back!!! I received excellent service from Liam. I asked my questions and he took care to answer me in detail. He was also open to alternatives to lower my bill. In short, I am still very very satisfied! 2024-February // Thanks to Mr. Jutras for taking the time with me.I liked my experience. I recognize that God took care of me in this situation where I needed to find a vehicle quickly, in an awkward post-covid market. I showed up at Planète Mazda knowing that I wanted a Mazda 3, which, according to my preventive research before receiving my verdict of total loss on my previous vehicle, seemed the best value for money for a small motorway. My interview with the new vehicle sales manager made me realize that perhaps used was in order since the most basic vehicle available took me over 40,000 after financing. But with Mr. Jutras, and the providence of a good deal that I saw when I entered the courtyard, I was able to get out of the situation much better.Thank you to Mr. Jutras for his proactivity, patience and professionalism in the matter. His favorite phrase: ''there's no tie here.'' I like it. Well then, he found me a good deal on summer tires, and a free luggage cover, found in the workshop. He also took care of checking the remote starter which was not listed, but present on the key ring.
