Thanks to the nurse for her quick return call. Thank you to the staff and the pharmacist. I have been looking to see a doctor for an ear infection for 1 week. In just a few hours I took delivery of the medication and today, the next day, I am already better. CONGRATULATION

6 months without problems. Then it became heavy, protocols after protocols, forms, regular waiting, and lack of respect towards me and members of my family and acquaintances... at the moment my family is changing pharmacies... but this pharmacy refuses to cooperate for the transfer of medications with the other pharmacist.... never before seen 🤦♂️... I often change pharmacies when moving... it had never been a problem. Apparently this pharmacy likes to make things difficult for some customers. Definitely the only pharmacy in my life where I felt judged for being sick or ask questions. Personally, No thank you... I'm going back to a large-brand pharmacy where I see empathy and where we receive service respectfully and quickly without endless protocols.

This has already been done and your subsequent actions have made it more difficult for us to leave your establishment while my family is sick and needs medication! You are deliberately slowing down a normally very simple process by acting in bad faith... adding unnecessary stress to an elderly person who spends his days in the hospital. Infinitely disappointed with the lack of heart and desire to help....I hope you will have some introspection on the way you act 👎.

I went this morning at 9:10 a.m. the pharmacy was closed. They told me that the pharmacist was stuck on the 15 so he couldn't open. It's been 3 times that I go in the morning and it's closed because the pharmacist is late. Personally I will never go again, not professional at all.
