I went with my mother as she needed a new pair of winter boots and she only wears Pajar boots. This was the 3rd or 4th store we went to. The service was great, we were able to find what she wanted and there were no issues. Thank you again.

I was lucky enough to be served by a pro with knowledge of winter boots, she focused on my needs and tastes and she knew the merchandise well to assist me and offer me models without any pressure sales but as an advisor. Finally I found exactly what I needed in terms of comfort, lightness and my ideal of a winter boot for my age and I realized my dream of having a seal boot that I intend to wear proudly and warmly.

I’ve been in this store two times and every time I felt welcome. When I came the first time, Kathrine asked me a few questions and quickly suggested options that I liked. I was surprised even more when I came the second time because everyone remembered me. Katherine already knew my taste and I bought a few more great jackets. Wonderful store with an amazing atmosphere and customer service.

Really poor service. Bought Pajar boots mainly for the spikes for winter walking - next to useless. Spikes not long enough to afford any grip, and get damaged easily. Emailed the company, was told I would get replacement spikes…that was about 3mths ago

I bought a pair of shoes at the Mirabel store.There was a defect in a shoe. Catherine took care of my problem, she put a lot of heart into it to help me.Pajar decided to help me despite the fact that I had my shoes for over a year and it was thanks to Catherine.A very very big THANK YOU!!I recommend Pajar and especially Catherine at the Mirabel store who will take care of you as you deserve!!

I bought winter boots, but for the first five wears my feet were cold.I went to the store on January 21, 2024 to make an exchange, I was greeted by Catherine, the super kind store manager who helped me a lot by offering an exchange as well as new insoles for more comfort.I no longer have cold feet with my new boots, I would like to thank Catherine and the members of her team enormously.

DO NOT ORDER FROM PAJAR. I have been patient with them, but it is now out of hand. At first I wanted an exchange for a coat I ordered online - their website states it can take 7 business days. They received the coat, unopened in the original packaging, since January 4th and today it is January 17 and still no news from them on the processing of the return. I refuse to continue to do business with them, so I am now requesting a refund since the last two days, and still no response, except that they will email me once the return is processed. I’ve done exchanges and refunds with many other companies - and even the ones who are outside of Canada such as Shein in China - are quicker and more efficient. PAJAR IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. I even regret buying the 300$ boots I bought at outlet store in Mirabel a couple of weeks ago - these boots are far from being waterproof as advertised. Never again, Pajar. And I am this close to filing a complaint with the BBB for fraud, so…
