I am extremely disappointed with this store. I bought a product yesterday, barely 24 hours later I realize that the size does not fit. When I went back to request an exchange, I was flatly refused, for no good reason. It is unacceptable not to allow a simple exchange, especially for a recent and never used product. This kind of customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I will not recommend this store and will never shop here again.

Pour commencer, un accueil chaleureux par les employés du Néon. Un service impeccable et jamais bien loins pour proposer un aide, des conseils ou même pour répondre à vos question.
