Honestly appalling,Moving scheduled at 8 a.m....no news at 9 a.m....we call..no one answers...finally after several calls...they told us in 1 hour...no one...called back... in 30 minutes...finally no one...they finally called the capital and they arrived at 2 p.m. Luckily the 3 guys were efficient and nice. We had to contact Déménagement la Laurentide for compensation...Frankly...we came back home around 9 p.m....next time we would have to deal directly with the capital.

Je donne 5⭐️ à Déménagement Max Plus. Je suis très satisfaite du travail des déménageurs. Ils sont professionnels, polis et à l’heure. Le service à la clientèle est aussi excellent : on a répondu à toutes mes questions rapidement et clairement. Je recommande fortement. Merci !

We did business with them for a complete move between 2 houses. Honestly, the move didn't go too bad, despite some damage but nothing too serious.On the other hand, I had clearly specified by telephone and email that we had a garden tractor to transport. When it came time to load it into the truck, the driver informed me that it would not be possible because the ramp was too narrow. A different model of truck would have been needed.Fortunately, I have planks but the driver warns me that I will have to sign a liability waiver. Since it wasn't my mistake, I refused at first.So I called Déménagements Laurentides and the first thing they told me was that I had to call the dispatch center myself! I retort that it's not up to me to do that. Finally, after several calls and a long waste of time (time which I will be billed of course), the guy from Déménagements Laurentides tells me that it is not his fault if the wrong truck was sent and that it is up to me to assume the consequences! He doesn't understand the concept of responsibility to a customer...Ultimately, I'm stuck and I have to take responsibility for the tractor breaking down. He will finally reach his destination without problem but this incident leaves me with a bitter taste. I would not do business with them again. By the way, it seems that they were bought by La Capitale.

I used this company to move 2 years ago and I was more than satisfied. Courteous and fast reservation service, employees arrived on time, no hanging around, they were quick and very courteous. And the price was reasonable compared to the competition.

Absolutely horrible service, to be avoided like the plague. They arrived two hours late, without ever apologizing or calling to warn.Then one of the guys smelled of alcohol intensely, and he was obviously the one driving the truck. Even when I spoke to the owner to complain he said the guy had a party yesterday so it's ok he smells of alcohol!!!!!They trashed our boxes in the truck, and broke ancestral bowls which had belonged to my family for years, and which I had taken the trouble to wrap in bubble wrap in a closed box, that's how they dealt with our things. They also almost dropped the entire truck into a small lake next to the house.Then the owner insisted that his guy fill out an invoice while the other two moved the stock, charging me for an estimated amount, which is ridiculous because you're paying for 3 people moving, not two.AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.Surprisingly, the guys wore the CAPITAL uniform, and a Capital truck. I will never do business again with Déménagement Laurentides or with La Capitale. I've never seen such lousy service in my entire life, and I've had to move ten times.

The worst service I have ever had in 15 moves...The truck was supposed to arrive at 9:00 a.m. and at 10:00 a.m. I had to call myself to be told it would be around noon. At noon I am called back and told that it will be 6:00 p.m. At 6:00 p.m. no news. A company that really treats people like idiots.
