I found it very expensive to pay $900 for brakes per piece (calliper and pads) while my friend went to another garage for the same thing and the whole thing only cost him $400. In addition, when they repaired my brakes he had moved a pipe which was hitting my wheel. The owner of the garage told me that it was my plastic that was knocking, I then returned to the garage because it was clearly not my plastic that was knocking and it spoke to me as if I was a disturbance because it absolutely had to close at 5 p.m. and I brought my car back at 4:30 p.m. He was not happy and stressed and was angry because he was stressed about the time the garage closed. I believe the least you can do is to welcome me well and offer me good service when I paid $900 at the garage when I could very well have gone to a cheaper garage with better hospitality. Finally I was right, there was a pipe that was rubbing on my wheel and the other person who worked there told me that I was right to come otherwise the pipe would have broken. I was a loyal customer but with this bad experience I will no longer go there again.
