I ordered 3 things, and error in EVERYTHING. I was given 3 things that I didn't order. First of all, if I order potato wedges and you unknowingly shove 2 lunch potatoes into the bag without saying anything to me, that's really nonsense. And the young girl's response "well there are no potato wedges". Okkkk, but who's stopping you from mentioning it to customers "there isn't one, can I replace it with something else?" And my other 2 items were not what I ordered either. Last time at this Tim Hortons!!

What's going on with Tim?Since the coffee is bad, we receive a lot of order errors and several of the items on the menu are almost never available, can you at least keep your old topping standards? Waiting 15 minutes for a bagel as dry as your potatoes after 11:30 is sad

Good morning,I would like to file a complaint against one of your employees. I have never had such bad service from one of your employees. She insulted me and intentionally changed my orders several times. Example: put your hottest sauce in my bowl of potato wedges, even though I had specified no sauce. She also put Baileys syrup in my iced cappuccino even though I had not made any details or extras on my order. I consider myself a respectful and polite customer towards your employees and I expected more serious respect from your employee. She also told me to go to another Tim further away so I wouldn't come back even though I've been coming to your Tim for 11 years. I am extremely disappointed in the immature and unpleasant behavior of your employee. Her name is Emy. I hope you will take my complaint into consideration. Looking forward to coming back to see you.

The dirtiest Tim I've seen in my life!The donut display hasn’t been washed in a while…The container of the little milk jugs sitting next to the cash register seemed to be covered in donut icing stains!!It offers menus on their board, including baked bean toast, when I asked the clerk for that, who seemed like she hadn't slept in a while, it was as if I had asked her for green blueberry muffins! She asked her partner if he had any, but no! it’s advertised within their own business, but they don’t have one.I think the manager is completely absent or unaware…

I don't really know what's been happening for some time but the service, the products (food) are in limited quantity!!!! It still feels like we're in COVID times so much so that it's in slow motion....ordinary and that in all the Tims of Mascouche ? sorry but it doesn't deserve more than a "C" in an evaluation.

At the time I leave my review, I have horrible and unbearable pain in my stomach, and what's more, two of us are in pain, we came home feeling like vomiting.The coffees were questionable with a weird taste and the cakes brought from inside by the waitress which were very dry and inedible.We asked for a refund, and the waitress had to call the manager on the phone for a refund.In short, I don't know if I'll still be alive tomorrow, but we're definitely getting food poisoning.The staff and their skills should be reviewed, as well as the freshness of the products and their expiration date.

If I could leave no stars I would because I received no service. I arrived at the drive-thru at 8:40 p.m. knowing it closed at 9:00 p.m. and the employee told me "we're closed." I asked him “don’t you close at 9:00 p.m.? » and he replied “we’re closing early today”. Looking at the other reviews, it's not just today that they're closing early. You should write close at 8:30 p.m. in this case. Very disappointing…

At 8:40 p.m. I went to order inside but it was blocked, I decided to go to order from the car but it was also blocked so I asked why, it finished at 8:40. They told me that it finished at 9 a.m. but it closed to leave before. Normally if you finish at 9 a.m. you close at 9 a.m. I go there and just have good service and finish on time. I don't encourage that kind of thing. ??plus when I came last time my croissant was poorly cooked and my potato was cold. If you Vendée food how will anyone come. I will never order again ?♀️
