I bought a table... defective!
But the outstanding service offered by the young woman who answered me and subsequently the manager. They changed my table!
Really with them we have access to personalized service directly in the store!

Very good service from two ladies, they helped me decorate our new home while respecting our budget, she didn't try to sell me more for the sake of selling me more!
The value for money is impeccable!
What can we say about the boss! She was very patient, we had to cancel a delivery at the last minute and at the last minute (Tuesday) I asked for a delivery for Thursday and she did everything to make it work!
We removed and put back several things and they were always very attentive!
We had an oversight in our first order and everything was corrected and paid remotely!
I recommend to everyone!!! ?

I received 2 items whose aluminum feet were completely scratched. I asked for an exchange and they delivered me 2 others that were still scratched. It seems like there is no quality manager in Quebec! Mediocrity again mediocrity...I only see one remedy; an internship in Europe for the employees concerned would raise the level which is really low...

Unfortunately no after-sales service. I bought a sectional feather sofa (the loft)... after 6 months half of the feathers came out. No comfort. Very disappointed with this store

Never buy the loft model sofa, it's trash and no after-sales service and all the feathers that prick you in the back according to the manager Geneviève it's completely normal

I have been waiting for my order for 7 months, and until now I have not received it yet. And the worst part is that I am not informed of the progress of my order even though they promised me that it will only be 3 months.They always wait until it's me who calls to find out. I'M SICK OF IT. poor service. They don't care about people.

Zero customer service. I order a table I wait 1 and a half months it arrives with no holes for the legs. They do not offer the delivery service to come back and pick up their defective table. Last time with this store no logic.
