Nothing negative to say except about the post office closing. Very bad decision. I believe it was the one and only Canada Post office in Mascouche. Hoping Canada Post will open another one.

The girls at the postal counter are so nice and patient! I come here several times a week to do a lot of shipping and I have always received impeccable service, good job girls!

I am a teenager and I find that this business is very discriminatory towards us, me and my friend had already tried to pick up some cosmetic products during our dinner break, we “kindly” turned around because there were 2 of us , well so far I can understand, my friend and I therefore decided to go back despite our disappointment the last time and again the service was not there, we returned separately to respect the regulations, I returned first to to have some product recommended to me by the friendliest employee in the business (which earns you 2 stars instead of 0) and I was limited to being yelled at by the pseudo manager to hurry up because they were waiting for me, there is a way of saying things, and it wasn't, so I continued my visit to your store with the products I had purchased and the bracelets caught my attention, I was looking at the definitions of the stones until a cashier yells at me (again) to hurry up because people were still waiting for me, my friend had the same speech, like these were measures to avoid a gathering, I left the store politely, apologizing for the inconvenience , which we should not do when we are a customer, my friend had the right to an oath from the pseudo manager because she was taking too long and she had lied about the fact that she and I were friend to have the right to shop together, the lady also forced me to call my friend, because she takes too long (again) the only people not to have been unpleasant to me were the cosmetics girl and the cashier, never again I won't set foot in your business again, thank you and have a good day

Zero service, I've been calling for several days, no one answers and it's not the first time, in any case it's decided I'm going to remove my file from that of my entire family at Jean Coutu, never again, if There are people who give me information in difficult times and especially when I called for an emergency for my 11 month old baby I was lost and no one answered me, bravo to 811 who helped me.
