Pharmaprix is my favorite pharmacy because of its many advantages. The weekend points system is a great incentive, and the variety of products meets all my needs. Welcoming our small dogs adds a friendly touch. Extensive services, such as vaccinations, advice, blood tests and analyses, make Pharmaprix a one-stop shop for health. Customer care creates a positive experience, making this pharmacy an exceptional choice.

The service has been worse since the change of ownership. We now have to give 12 hours, no, it's now 24 hours to get our prescription!! There was good customer service before the administration of the pharmacist

I wonder when they will release the testers for makeup (such as nyx, Maybelline, l'Oréal, Marcel, Revlon.....) We had so much fun buying the right shade and colors which suits us. Now every time I am disappointed when I choose wrongly and the product goes in the trash.

BE CAREFUL, LOOK CAREFULLY AT YOUR INVOICE. Following a shortage of Ozempic (diabetes) 1MG/month I was sold twice 0.5MG/per month at the same price as 1MG, so it costs me twice as much per month, but no one tells me... I was told that I just had to look at my bill and refuse the medication at that price.. It's not a bar of chocolate that is not essential.. but an essential medication for my health.... When I go to the pharmacy I buy a lot of other things too, so I don't pay attention to the amount, now I'm going to do it. Too bad I liked this pharmacy but I will have to trust another one. Very likely I'm not the only one... Be careful.

I gave one star because I couldn't give less...I called around 12:00 on Sunday October 22 for information about taking medication. I tested positive twice rather than once for covid 19 and I wanted to know if I could still take my naproxen 500, even if I had taken extra strength Tylenol. After 4 hours of waiting, the pharmacist still did not call me, and I called again to find out if my request had not fallen between two chairs...I was made to wait on the phone for 25 minutes...I hung up and called again and was still put on hold. If you have to consult the pharmacist at this pharmaprix I strongly advise you to do business with another pharmacy!!! Very disappointing for health specialists ???

Bad experience with customer service they will never pass you on to the pharmacy ownerThey don't know his schedule, nor his email.... they don't give you the contact details of their complaint offices, which is your right.If you want to make a complaint to the store's email address, it goes to the manager...... and it stays there ?

Plusieurs problème avec le renouvellement de mes médicaments et celle de mon fils (tdah),erreurs sur les prescriptions et doses et j’en passe!!! Service minable par les pharmaciens toujours l’impression de déranger quant je leur pose une question ou autre ! La loi du moindre effort disons le !!! Je vais changer de pharmacie!!!

Isabelle est une vraie perle. Elle répond toujours parfaitement à mes questions, et mes attentes. Elle est tellement rassurante. La seule pharmacienne en qui je fais autant confiance. Isabelle, tu es dans le bon domaine, et ça se voit que tu es passionnée par ce que tu fais. Tu offres toujours le meilleur de toi. Je te remercie de l’excellent service que tu me donnes et ce, depuis plusieurs années déjà.

Les employés du laboratoire sont mal formés et mal intentionnés. Un erreur été fait sur l’adresse de la prescription lors de ma visite à ma clinique. La technicienne m’a contacté pour me dire avoir reçu la prescription. Je lui ai demandé de la transférer et je me suis excusé pour l’erreur. 50 minutes plus tard, toujours rien reçu dans ma pharmacie pour apprendre par une de ses collègues que ma pharmacie devait les contacter directement. Je comprend la nécessité de tels procédures afin d’assurer un suivi efficace mais svp renseigner vos clients pour que l’on puisse effectuer les bonnes démarches de notre côté.
