Really strange service received at the end of the week... being told that my order to be picked up in store is not in their system, and on this Monday morning I receive an email saying that it is ready... I I even contacted Customer Service in the meantime who told me that the store on Saturday should have contacted their IT department and not referred me to customer service... in short, I have the impression that they wanted to get rid of me on Saturday ;)

Luckily, the advisor Naomie is smiling and kind because the other two on the floor, including the manager Dominique, are not even able to smile and wait for us to finish speaking. I waited in front of the counter for a return for a few minutes, right next to the person scanning sheets and doing everything possible not to look at me or respond to me. Then when Naomie was making my transaction, the manager Dominique cut off our conversation and then asked her questions about what was on the counter behind. No respect, no manners, cut people off and gave me a lecture on my return that I was limited to 30 days super strong in the store, no tact. Really unpleasant, this good woman. On the other hand, thanks to Nomie or Naomie, not sure, but she gives great customer service and luckily she was there.
