9 times out of 10 there are no employees on the floor for help. And when you miraculously find some, they are together talking. Last time, they were talking about their weekend and “the girls they banged” in their words. I approach the three guys and they continue talking together. I have to cut the group off to ask if they have an article only to, of course, be told that they have no idea what I'm talking about and they go their separate ways.
Yesterday I went back, yes I was really in trouble, I arrived at the checkouts to pay and this time it was two girls talking to each other about everything and nothing without looking at me or talking to me while she scanned my product, apart from asking me how I pay.
I don't understand why people keep cheering for this mr store.
Pitiful, lack of stock, lack of motivated employees and your prices are too expensive compared to your competitors.

Do not know how to interact with customers in case of problem or feedback situations, even young supervisor or team leader no experience, do adequate training on how to approach a customer and communication. Here I am generous with a star cause no Choice.

Thank you Rona Mascouche for the speed in having my truck repaired and the interest they showed me as a customer

No service in store it's incredible, need help with the tools and no one in the department to help with the moldings and still no one to help, I go to the cash register or the garage door ask the lady for information and she doesn't answer me and she leaves so I decide that I'm going to order online because it says free delivery with purchase of $49.00 and more great, I have for $262.00 in purchase but when it comes time to click free delivery by truck and $79.00 plus tax is added to the invoice. Grrrrr

The use of bins for NEONS, BULBS ETC is located at the entrance in a corner clogged with well-filled carts, which you must remove to be able to use the bins… After informing me that they do not take the devices, a young woman goes on a break. I still had several neon lights and bulbs and BATTERIES left and I didn't want to go back home to remove the neon lights from the devices, and come back. I approach the carts to move them and another woman tells me that they are not taking the devices, emphasizing that she is the MANAGER. I inform her that another person informed me and she insists, emphasizing that she is still the Manager. After informing her that, I know, she still insists 4 times on the fact that she is a MANAGER. I explain that she doesn't understand and she continues to shout that she is the MANAGER. The mayhem begins and she screams to be POLITE. MORAL Of this! I left not in a good mood, BRINGING BACK the appliances of course, BUT ALSO THE NEON LIGHTS, BULBS AND BATTERIES… Go elsewhere, because it’s too important for some people to shout that they are MANAGERS ? When I think that I wanted to take advantage of the inconvenience to buy things… Elsewhere it was good ?

The incompetence of this branch in particular always brings us down!! We go to three Ronas regularly and this one is far from the worst every time. The lack of service, the very often incorrect inventory and the arrogance of certain employees is completely unacceptable.
This morning was the last one we went there. We tried to return an item that we received by mistake (online order) and we were told that we would go to the Rona in question (which is on the south shore) to return the item that we did not want. didn't even belong. This kind of response, even nonsense, is what sets us off from this particular branch.
It would be important to train the employees a little, and this could be through a better assistant manager.

3rd visit cutting center still closed. The sign says closed on Sunday. But I am informed that it will be open before Wednesday (it is Saturday). Pretty weathered.
