I'm going to put super gas at pump number 7 I make a $20 prepayment I put $15 of gas in a drop because the gun is malfunctioning the nice lady next to me points out that the gun is leaking all over my vehicle and on the concrete so I remove the gun I put absorbent on the ground I lost about 2 liters of gasoline and instead of telling me to go to another pump and start refueling I am told no I don't know how much YOU dropped on the ground!! It was your gun that was defective, not me who lost everything!!! Very disappointed only been reimbursed for what I did not put in the vehicle!!!

Monday May 23 - 7:20 p.m., problem with the pumps, no transaction went through, your clerk was giving propane. The transactions appear in duplicate in my account, the clerk is unable to confirm to me that my first transaction was indeed canceled unless I want to go through the trash myself, seriously. Service -10. I worked in customer service and I still work there, this is not acceptable.

I went to have my car washed on November 14th. Once the wash is finished, the car is completely wet. The dryer was not working. I went to see the cashier to get a refund. She told me she knew the dryer wasn't working and she gave me another code to wash the car again. I am requesting a refund (since the dryer was not working). She refused. I told her I was disappointed and she said, “Next time you’ll go somewhere else ma’am!”

Standard gas station. Good service in general. Not always the cheapest but still average. Contactless car wash to which we frequently make improvements. Courteous and fast service. The paper to produce receipts is always present when paying at the terminal. The only downside, they rarely have bags of ice for sale despite the cooler outside unlike other gas stations in the region. I recommend.
