We went to the store on Saturday November 2, 2024. The receptionist was very nice but it was afterwards that everything went wrong. The counselor, a blonde who didn't introduce herself, was very condescending and we REALLY seemed to be bothering her. It was our first and last visit.

I only purchased my vanity with them. I asked several times if the 7 weeks before my work was sufficient and there was no stress for the seller. I would have gone elsewhere with a stock vanity if she had told me no or it was iffy. I received the purchase order 10 days after my deposit and they put the blame on the supplier saying it was them who didn't process but I can't find out if that's true or if it's Plumberium space who waited before sending the command. I still don't have any news the week before the work so I call and am told that it will be received the following Friday and delivery later. My contractor had planned 2 weeks of work and had another client after me. I had to call almost every day for a week to chase and get confirmations and delivery as quickly as possible. It finally arrived 2 days before my contractor finished so he was able to do everything else but if I had ordered several pieces, it wouldn't have been able to fit in on time. The store never offered me a discount to compensate for all the trouble I had. I give stars for the quality of my vanity and materials but for the service, no I would not return.
