No one can complain about the service because there is NO service! The automated service by telephone is such that all the options will make you waste at least 30 minutes of your time to finalize with CALL BACK later, agents too busy… So! Help yourself or go somewhere else! Very poor management 🍿🍿🍿

The girl at the shipping counter on Saturday December 7 returned our FedEx package before the maximum hold date which was December 12, 2024. When we mentioned this to her, she did not want to help us and did not did not want to accept his mistake. Too bad to have had such a bad experience.

No customers in the store except me and husband. No employee came to see us to ask if we were correct. There were about 5 of them talking to each other in a corner without taking into account the customers. Really disappointed with this service.

J’ai fait affaire avec plusieurs centre de copies de bureau en gros dans ma vie et celui de Mascouche les surpasse tous à date. Il y a un jeune homme, Gabriel, son service est toujours excellent et même personnalisé à force de revoir certains visages. Je ne suis jamais déçue! Je ne sais pas pour le magasin, mais le centre de copie… top notch!

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE was never going to be there! I came to get a printer. I had a first service, the young person asked me unrelated questions and did not respond to my needs. Then he passed me on to a young girl with long hair, clearly I was bothering her, she didn't want to answer my questions at all and got rid of me. If you don't like your job you change jobs, customer service is not for everyone. I will never go back there again. I understand why it's empty, notorious for very poor customer service.

I ordered online recently, and still do to this day. I am first told that the order will be ready on Thursday, because the store receives its deliveries that day. That Thursday, I went to the counter and the employee told me that I should have confirmation that the order had arrived, kindly I told them that I would call the next day. So for 12 days, I was fooled by the employees of this store.
I kindly ask them to look back, because maybe the package is mixed up. But he tells me no, and that they have not yet received the package and that I will receive a message.
This August 13 I called the warehouse, the warehouse confirmed to me that the order was dropped off on August 5 by FedEx.
I called back the store in Mascouche, the girl simply said that the FedEx delivery man himself signed for the arrival of the package at the store and did not drop off the package.
“I told this girl that you were robbed and that I paid for this item and you have been fooling me like that for 2 weeks…”
Whoever runs this store needs to be fired, honestly! So that a FedEx guy can sign for deliveries himself without anyone knowing….my hats off!
In addition to you sending me from phone to phone in the store, because it does not have a qualified manager to properly check deliveries, I find that disappointing.
I sent a message to the manager, because they are being robbed and they take it lightly, without worrying about the customer who paid for the item.
