I came with my partnerTo buy decorations and we already spent a lot of money in this store and we veered off course when an employee stayed away from me and went towards the entrance of the store (when I was away and in the frames section, with my mask, but below the nose). She yelled at me to put my mask over my nose. Like a savage, without politeness, without coming to see me, as if I were a bandit, I felt humiliated. I told her: "yes yes yes" as a joke and she answered me bluntly "thank you thank you thank you" but from a very distance. This irritated me and we left. I held back to put her in her place in front of everyone. Leave us alone, we had our mask on. You are losing customers and several thousand dollars with your mask policing. We came to spend a good amount once again in your store.

Very poor customer service! They refuse a return, even though the invoice indicates that it is possible and that we meet all the criteria. Unable to reach customer service by telephone.
