J'ai reçu un service de première classe. Je suis arrivé pour faire fixer mes enjoliveurs de roue, et un gros bruit s'est fait entendre en arrivant au garage. Hugo a vérifié mes freins arrière et a trouvé le problème malgré qu'ils avaient une journée bien chargée, il a pris le temps de bien me servir. J'apprécie beaucoup les efforts et l'aide apportée.

Bad after-sales service!
I had my winter tires changed for my summer tires at the beginning of spring. It hasn't really been long, about a month.
I bought new rims and I noticed that my wheel locks were not reinstalled when they installed the summer tires.
I'm calling today to find out why without getting angry and to understand why they didn't do this. The gentleman at the end of the line was, let’s say in a stupid tone: Well, I don’t know. Surely they were broken.
I then ask him: Why wasn't I informed if they were broken? He tells me, well, I don’t know. That it was my responsibility to call the next day, but not 6 months later.
I apologize, this happened around April. I was just trying to understand the situation and since I received this lousy after-sales service and it was very defensive, I no longer want to return to this S Marieville point.
If you go there, check their work afterwards to ensure the accuracy of the work they do on your car.

--UPDATE April 24, 2023--I must change my opinion; I recently had a major problem with my work truck and had to go back to see them. Even though I arrived unexpectedly with a heavy weight, they took me and I received news within 24 hours, then updates every working day. New experience much more positive than the previous one, maybe my last experience was just "bad luck".I will definitely try this garage again for my personal vehicle!--ORIGINAL--I don't recommend... :/Long story short:I moved to Marieville in January so in the spring I was looking for a garage for a simple tire change: I found this garage there and I went to have my tires changed, they called me to tell me that my brakes were owed, even if the car is just 3 years old and it doesn't run (I almost just use my work vehicle)... I say I'll wait but still pay a good amount for a " maintains” brakes;then, in the fall I went to see my old garage for another opinion and asked them to check my brakes, and they called me that same evening because they couldn't find the supposed "problem" with them!in short, I think they are "looking for problems" where there are none to find work at our expense (they even told me that my windshield wipers were finished, despite the fact that I had barely changed them 1 month ago..)
