Very disappointed with the meeting with seller X. Little attentive to our needs. He clearly wanted to sell us his demonstrator. Did not show us that he wanted to help us find a vehicle to our liking so we found much better with a competitor in the region. Bad communication between sales director and salesman X. In short, very bad experience at Nissan Magog.

Rotten service. The first and last time doing business with them. Never a return call regarding our rental and as we are reaching the end of our rental.My partner was told to come by this morning to complete the vehicle purchase papers. Once she arrived, nothing had been prepared and she was greeted coldly (by the woman who is in charge of finalizing our file and whose name I will not mention) and was told to come back after her vacation and that it was no problem if you return the vehicle after the deadline....
