We are now in 2024! Reimbursements by checks sent by post are a method from the last century! I hope it happens quickly. It is this type of maneuver that, unfortunately, undermines consumer confidence in people in your sales area.

I then tried it at home. I notice that she is starting to have problems again in the Avent management. I call them without answer, I am told that the seller has gone on maternity leave so I am told who will call back. I take it to Mazda and have Laurier and there I pay for an inspection at $125. He gives me my diagnosis which is that the tires affect the driving and that a right Bering has been changed so I ask to have it repaired and we carry out it. the distribution cost me $1500 worth of tires and I called Mazda Magog but he always gave me the same answer, we'll call you back and told me that I don't have the right to go to another garage (that's wrong). in my rights) my without return call so I communicated with the consumer rights he told me to wait if in a month they have not resolved the situation we will open a request against them because selling us an unsafe vehicle is illegal So this is what I have to say about after-sales service. for the great sales department, I can force the sale by asking me what would make you change your mind. in addition I recorded everything by voice on the day of the sale please let me know if one day you will resolve this precarious situation Sébastien b Paul you have my name on his good day
