Je suis une "vendue". J'y viens 2 à 3 fois quotidiennement. Je demeure à quelques pas d'ici et chaque fois,je suis agréablement accueilli à la réception. J'aime beaucoup l endroit où j'y trouve de bonnes aubaines et... impossible de ne pas faire un saut au McDo dans l'endroit où à la pharmacie où le personnel sympa nous incite à y revenir.

Not one set of open cash registers, but 8-9 "employees" who chat and chat on their cell phones while they "monitor" the automatic cash registers... instead of opening the only 4 cash registers there are with 4 of these thick ones and let the other jugs check the automatic ones..... ????

Really very deplorable service, unfortunately very disappointed.. I added a razor to my basket with the packaging opened, it was the only razor of this type that was left. Arriving at the checkout to pay, the cashier out of kindness let me know that I could get a 20% discount on this razor if I passed it to customer service, so I thanked her and I directed to customer service. Arriving at customer service, I was told that I cannot get a discount on the device in a very stupid and disrespectful manner from the manager. Not having the discount is not what really bothered me Disturbing was the attitude of the manager who was aggressive and stupid in front of my brother who is new to Canada. I also contacted a friend of mine who works at Walmart and she told me that all Walmarts offer a discount of at least 20% on items with open packaging. Arriving in my car, I realized that a part was missing from the box of the device, and my brother refused to return the item given the service we received..I spent Sunday December 24 around 1:30 p.m.

I once lost $60 because of Walmart marketplace.When we contact the Walmart marketplace seller, it's FedEx's fault. When communicating with FedEx, it's the marketplace seller's fault. When we communicate with Walmart, it is the fault of the Walmart marketplace seller.Ultimately it's no one's fault, and I can't even file a complaint.This spring it's worse, they exchanged my order with someone else's. When we called, they told us to get over it, and they gave us the other customer's PERSONAL information... And they never refunded anyone, they never did anything.They are scammers. When it's time to pocket the money they are there, when it's time to repair mistakes then forget it.I don't do business with them anymore for delivery services.

Sunday morning, no one at the self-service checkouts and employees clearly not at all busy. I have a baby, more than half of my order scanned. One of my products has the barcode torn off. They told me to go get another one. I ask if anyone can go and they say No, laughing. Tsé when you have a job but you don't feel like it. Deplorable frankly.

J’ai attendu plus de 20 minutes a la commande a l’auto, et 6 voitures arrivees apres moi ont etes servies. Je vais voir le commis pour lui demander si l’application n’avait peut etre pas fonctionne? - on me dit oui, ca a bien fonctionne. Decevant

Pour acheter en linge pensez y deux fois, car ca se peut que vous n'aurais pas votre article et vous devriez mettre de l'énergie et du temps pour solutionner la situation. Dommage que Walmart fasse affaire avec le livreur CANPAR ça lui enlève de la bonne côte.

I come here often to do my groceries, there is always a nice lady to greet me when I come in and leave the store although I haven’t seen her recently. I find the items here are moderately priced, you’ll find some items cheaper at some other grocery stores nearby but Walmart has always been like that, a wide variety of fresh food to choose from. I don’t know how many Care Bears I have purchased from here but I kinda do wish they carried more of them although I understand that it’s not solely a toy store. I could spend an hour or two in this Walmart just checking out everything that they’ve got. The staff is super friendly and the self checkout moves very quickly. I really enjoy coming here, I’ll be back soon! :)

Old recepy of croissants were much better and their color now is not brown anymore :( Would be nice if bring back the old one! Thanks for keeping prices at the same level since pandemic while other groceries brought it up. I always choose Walmart!

Malpropreté grave d'une cabine d'essayage remplie de linge sur la banquette et en dessous, de la bouffe ouverte à moitié consommé, comme du fromage et des aliments périssables qui puait le tabarouine... Trouver aucun employé sur le plancher, pour l'avertir. Et là je ne parlerai pas du non service aux caisses rapides, je n'irai juste plus. C'était le 14 août dernier, vers 18h40 pour la cabine et pour les 2 employés qui regardent à terre ou leurs téléphones, aux caisses, il était 18h55.

J’ai acheté une paire de bottes d’eau au Walmart de Quebec au cas ou j’en aurais besoin lors de mon séjour là bas et finalement n’ayant pas eu besoin des bottes je les ai ramenées à ce Waltmart de Longueuil. Elles ont encore les étiquettes et n’ont jamais été portées. La dame aux retours m’indiquent que si elles ne les ont pas en stock elle ne va pas me les reprendre et je vais être prise avec.Je la questionne puisqu’il n’est mentionné nul part sur la politique de retour qu’on doit retourner nos items dans le même Waltmart. Finalement elle me dit qu’ils ont les bottes en stock et qu’elle peut les reprendre. J’ai pris mon reçu et pris bonne note de ne plus jamais rien acheter chez Walmart si je pensais peut-être le retourner. Ils se font un vilain plaisir à compliquer la vie aux gens honnête qui veulent faire un simple retour. Je ne suis pas une cliente habituelle et vous venez de perdre une chance de me fidéliser.
