Where to start... I went to the Longueuil store on January 2nd. I really liked a model of coat, but it was not available in my size. The saleswoman kindly offered to order it online. She was very courteous, taking all my information for delivery to my home and processing payment to my credit card.On January 7, I received a promo code, which prompted me to place a new order on their site. I noticed that the coat I ordered in store had a deeper discount. So I decided to order a second coat and return the first one upon receipt. The second order was delivered quickly, three days later. That's when I realized I still hadn't received the first coat.When I called the store to follow up, the salesperson informed me that she could not help me with online orders and directed me to customer service. After contacting them, the person on the phone asked for an order number, but the invoice did not have one. It was then that I realized that I had no proof of my order in store.After waiting for some time, the customer service lady gave me a case number and advised me to go to the store to get a refund. She assured that the saleswoman would understand the situation with this file number.My husband decided to go to the store for me. When he arrived, he found that it was not the same saleswoman who had processed the initial order. He tried to explain the situation, but the saleswoman immediately became angry and accused him of theft. My husband asked him to check the file and even check the surveillance cameras if there was any doubt. The saleswoman, still irritated, disappeared to the back of the store. She came back after a while to simply say she was going to refund without providing any explanation or apology for mistreating my husband by falsely accusing him.Having worked in customer service for over 20 years, I am appalled by the treatment of my husband. You should never treat a customer this way without proof. This saleswoman deserves to be fired. Although I appreciate Reitmans products, I will never return to the Longueuil store. The lesson is to never order anything in store without asking for proof, whether it's a paper document, a coupon or an email.

Not enough pants for tall women. I go there and dislike it because I get either a weird look or arrogance from one of the salespersons I just don't recall her name. I am losing a lot weight so I go often to fill my closet for work attire. Probably the salesperson finds it odd that I go a lot not sure. However the store is super clean and there is a lot of choices and sizes.
