Terrible customer service, I bought a thermometer and it doesn't work and the 2 employees in the evening did not want to make an exchange, no cooperation. I have to go there during the day from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. to talk about it with the owners, even though I work full time, really no service. It's over, I no longer buy anything from this place.

I am presently at the Jean Coutu to Transfer all of our family files from this pharmacy. Aside from the slow service, the low level of French understanding of the staff (not all but some), the straw that broke the camel's back was the fact that they point blank told me to my face that they cannot perscribe Traveler's diahrrea antibiotics to my three year old. This is complete link. Either by ignorance or incompetence, this is total misinformation and should be investigated.I am currently in a Jean Coutu to transfer all the files from this pharmacy. Aside from the slowness of the service and the incomprehension of basic French, the straw that broke the camel's back was being told that they could not prescribe the antibiotic for traveler's diarrhea to my child. three years. This is false. Whether it's through incompetence or ignorance, it's unacceptable.
